How I moved from earning a wage of just $25,000 (annually) to doing Multi-Million Dollar Property Deals using none of my money.
Surprised?
Well, I grew up thinking that money was hard to get and thus I had to work really hard for it.
I grew up in a Housing Commission area called Carole Park, and we never went overseas nor did we go to fancy restaurants (other than Sizzler!!!) as we just didn’t have the money.
Life was tough…
My parents’ English wasn’t the best so they had to work extra hard to put us through high school.
The only reason we could go to good school was because I got a scholarship and my brother got a subsidy.
So I studied really hard, with a dream of becoming a doctor until I was 19 and picked up the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.
That was the dividing line…
From that point on my academic intelligence started to decline (i.e. my grades started to go down) as my financial intelligence started to incline.
I discovered that I didn’t need to work for money all my life, but have money work for me on a daily basis.
Yes…
That’s exactly what I want to teach you.
